Coronavirus Update

As we are an essential business, we are open as usual. We therefore are able to meet our usual dispatch times and anticipate no delays from our side.

Unfortunately, as couriers are still adversely affected by Covid-19, delivery may be delayed as a result. We appreciate that this can be frustrating, however, this is out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be reassured that we will ship items out as soon as we can.

 

Dispatch Times

Next Working Day Delivery – order must be placed before 12pm to be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Next Working Day delivery is sent with ParcelForce.

Standard Delivery – order must be placed before 4pm to be dispatched on the same day. Standard Delivery orders are sent out with Royal Mail 2nd Class.

 

Same Day Delivery

For our trade customers within 50 miles of our store (CV2 4JZ), we can also deliver orders ourselves on a same day or next day service within a specified time slot, depending on availability. For available slots, please call us to discuss.

 

Delivery Addresses

We will deliver to you, your customer or your site, however, please ensure the billing address is the same as the address registered on the payment card.

To add another delivery address to your account, just select ‘deliver to a different address or person’ when you check out. Or go to ‘My Account,’ where you can manage your address list. All addresses will be saved and available to pick every time you order. A signature will be required upon delivery.
