We provide servicing and repairs for all major brands of power tool. PAT testing is carried out on all completed repairs, certificates are available for completed repairs by prior request. Bulk quantities of tools may also be PAT tested and completed in short time, by appointment in house or on site. Please ask a member of staff for details.

This involves determining if your tool requires further investigation into the issue. If this is the case then an inspection charge of £10 + VAT is taken. The inspection charge will be deducted from the total cost if you wish to go ahead with the repair. You will be asked to sign a repair declaration sheet if you are not an account customer to sign the tool over to us for inspection along with your personal/company details for reference during the inspection. If necessary collection of the tool can be arranged.
Break Down & Inspection
Once both the tool and inspection charge has been received our technician will proceed with taking apart the machine and assessing what need repairing/replacing. This process is to ensure that there is no issue with the machine other than that which is reported and to determine the exact origin of the fault to avoid replacing any unnecessary parts.
A quote will be provided following the break down and inspection, with a time estimate depending on parts necessary for the repair. The quotation could result in one of the following;
- Returned Unrepaired
If approval is received the repair will go ahead. PAT testing is carried out on all completed repairs, certificates are available for completed repairs by prior request. When the repair has been carried out, we can either arrange for a collection and full payment or delivery and full payment which will incur a carriage charge.
**Please note that all returned unrepaired tools will be sent back disassembled.
